How to Filter Guests (Auction Tracker)

Filter the list of constituents to show only the group of people you need to work with.

In this case, we'll be working with the records of guests who have spent money i.e. bidders. (They're considered a bidder even if they did not literally bid, but only gave money in the paddle raise or bought a non-catalog sales item.)

Select Constituents

To see only bidders (i.e. guests who spent money) from this event

Select the filter icon

Select This Event

Select Bidders

This list now shows only bidders from the event that is currently opened in Auction Tracker.
