Saving Documents From the Cloud

Allow your computer to send and receive files:

1. Open Remote Desktop Connection by clicking once on its icon but do not log into Auction Tracker on the cloud.

**You may need to search for Remote Desktop Connection to open it.

2. Select More Options or Show Options (depending on whether you are using Windows 7 or Windows 10)

3. Select Local Resources

4. Select More

5. Select the + icon to the left of Drives

6. Check the box next to the C: drive.

7. Select OK

**Saving to other drives, such as flash drives, which are likely named D: E: F: or H: works in many cases as well, but is not as reliable as saving to the C: drive. If you have difficulty saving documents, go back to this screen and leave only the C: drive checked and un-check all other drives.

8. Select Connect to log in to Auction Tracker

You should now be able to save reports, invoices, receipts, bid sheets, and even a backup of your Auction Tracker data to your local computer from Auction Tracker on the cloud.

Save files from Auction Tracker to your computer

1. Once you have chosen a report you wish to save, select Spreadsheet or Acrobat PDF.

2. Scroll down until you see the C: drive on the bottom corner of the screen.

3. Select the C: drive in the bottom left corner

4. Select Users

5. Select your own user name

6. Select a familiar folder, such as Downloads, where you will easily be able to find the file

7. Save the file

2. Select Auction Items > Catalog Items

3. Select the Images tab

4. Click Select Image

5. A dialog box will open.

7. Select the C: drive in the bottom left corner

8. Select Users
