Walk-up Registration (Auction Tracker)
⇒ Click on the down arrow next to ‘Constituents’ and then select ‘Guest/Bidder Entry Tasks and then select ‘Walk-Up Registration’ and a ‘Guest Walk-Up Registration’ box will pop up.
‘Guest Walk-Up Registration’ box
- Biographical Details- if you have a guest that either is replacing another guest or has not already purchased a ticket, the easiest way to do this is by entering their basic personal details: their name and telephone number.
- Registration- You will need to assign them a Bid Number and determine whether they will need to pay for their ticket. The RSVP amount will be the amount of the ticket. Once you click ‘Apply’ they will be able to use their Bidder Number will become active.
