Check-in (Auction Tracker)


If the guest has registered ahead of time, simply search for them in the constituent list.

Once you have found the guest you're checking in. Click on that constituent. 

Important information to grab from guest.

1. Phone number 

2. Email address

Then click on the guest tab. 

Fill in the highlighted sections for each guest.

1. Reservation level 

2. Entrée selection (if applicable)

3. Check that they attended the event

4. Add Bid Number 

5. Table assignment (if seating is assigned)

⇒ If the guest didn't register ahead of time, click on the green plus sign in the constituent area and add in the same information you would if they'd pre-registered.
