**MAC Users: Printing from Auction Tracker on the cloud is not currently supported for the Mac. However, you may save PDF documents to your local computer, then print them. ***For help with this click here.

For Windows Users

 Installing the printer driver

1. Exit Auction Tracker on the cloud.
2. Select and download the following driver. **Most browsers will show the file once downloaded; if not, locate it in your Downloads folder.

3. Run the file downloaded in step 2 (Print Driver Client x64.msi or Print Driver Client x86.msi) to install the printer driver.

4. Open Auction Tracker on the cloud.

5. Choose your default printer in Auction Tracker.

In most cases, you should now be able to print reports.

**In rare cases, even after installing the driver, Auction Tracker will not show any available printers for printing. This is most common when printing over a network. The issue can be addressed by opening and then configuring the printer driver (see the following).

Opening the printer driver in Windows 10

1. Select the Windows button

2. Search for Control Panel

3. Select Hardware and Sound

4. Select ScrewDrivers Client v4

5. Once you have opened the printer driver, skip forward to the configuration section.

Configuring the printer driver

**Configuring the printer driver involves telling it to print to one default printer and ignore the others. In some cases, a list of preferred printers can work, but this approach is less fail-safe.

1. Check Spoof the Default Printer

2. Select the printer you wish to use, from the drop-down

3. Select the Printers tab

4. Using the Add and Remove buttons, move all the printers to the Denied Printers list, leaving only one printer in the Preferred Printers list. The green, yellow, and red arrows show the concept but not the method.

**The most fail-safe method involves leaving only one printer in the Preferred Printers list. However, you may be able to leave more than one printer in the Preferred Printers list, and print successfully. It appears to depend on your network configuration.

5. Select OK to save and close

**After configuring the printer drivers, you may need to Exit Auction Tracker on the cloud and open it again.

Then choose your default printer in Auction Tracker.

Troubleshooting

If printing in Auction Tracker on the cloud is still not available after the steps above, you may need to check the following:

1) Print a test page from your local computer (not from Auction Tracker) to your printer to ensure that your printer is installed and connected -- especially if you have installed a network printer.

2) Make sure that the driver you installed (64-bit or 32-bit) corresponds to the version of Windows you are using (64-bit or 32-bit).

3) Choose your default printer in Windows.

4) Consult with your IT professional, who may need to modify your network or security settings to allow you to install, configure, or use the printer driver.

5) You should be connected to a "Private" network or a "Domain", not a "Public" network, since "Public" networks do not allow Printer and File Sharing. Make sure that Printer and File Sharing is active for the type of network you are connected to.

6) Using the ScrewDrivers print driver installer (see section 1 of this article), uninstall and reinstall Screwdrivers.

7) Request that MaxGiving fully log you out of the remote desktop session, or disconnect and reconnect a few hours later, which may allow the printer to be found when you log in again

8) If you have installed it and followed the steps above but are still unable to print, You may need to make an application exception for the ScrewDrivers client program (C:\Program Files (x86)\triCerat\Simplify Printing\ScrewDrivers Client v4\sdclient.exe) not only in the firewall, but also in any antivirus program that is running. ***Include the type of network you are using e.g. a Private network) for "C:\Program Files (x86)\triCerat\Simplify Printing\ScrewDrivers Client v4\sdclient.exe".
