Updating Cloud user name and password (Auction Tracker)
If you are having trouble logging in to the cloud it is likely that Remote Desktop Connection has saved your old username and old password and you need to update them, using the following steps.
1. Open Remote Desktop Connection.
2. Select edit
3. Select More choices
Select Use a different account
Enter your updated username and password. Make sure to include cloud\ at the beginning of your username.
Select Connect
**In some cases, you may need to either exit, or fill out the information one more time. If you have been assigned a temporary password, you may receive a notification to reset your password.
