Entering winning bids, gifts, and purchases (Auction Tracker)

Catalog Items (live and silent)

  1. Click the arrow next to the Banking Icon
  2. Catalog Item Bid Entry

  1. Add the catalog number. Notice when you add the catalog#, the description and information shown on the left.
  2. Add the bidder number who won the item. Notice when you add the bidder number, the information shows on the left, so you can verify it is the correct bidder.
  3. Add the amount they won the item for. 

Non-Catalog Item Bid Entry (These items are for purchase, such as a Wine Pull, Raffle)

  1. Click the arrow next to the Banking Icon
  2. Select Non-Catalog Item Bid Entry

  1. Select the sale you wish to record (verify above the level)
  2. Enter the bidder #, you can verify the name on the top left
  3. Verify sale price
  4. Verify quantity being purchased

Click enter to put in the next sale. Using your number pad facilitates this data entry.


Fund a Need Data Entry

  1. Click the arrow next to the Banking Icon
  2. Select Non-Catalog Item Bid Entry

"Fund a Need" is the opportunity to donate for the sake of contributing to the organization. There are usually several levels/opportunities for donation amounts.

  •  $1,000     - $500     - $100     - $50      - $20     etc
  1. Select the Fund-a-Need entry you are entering, and verify the selected amount on the top.
  2. Enter the Bidder Number
  3. The total amount raised for this level will show as you enter the numbers.

"Wish List" is the option to purchase something an organization uses frequently to help their supply of regularly used items. Ex. Cat food, Kitty litter, dog food... at a fundraiser benefiting a Humane Society.
