Guest Labels (Auction Tracker)

On the outside of the envelope, a guest label may be used to identify the guest. Guest labels that include the guest's name, bid number, table name and table number are printed from Auction-Tracker using information entered in the weeks prior. To print guest labels follow these steps:

1. From the Application Toolbar, click the Reporting drop-down menu, then click Application Labels.
2. From the treeview provided (Figure 7.10), click Guest Labels, then click Guest Label.
3. Finally, make criteria selections that best fit the event's registration needs. Label options include Avery 5160 and 5162.
