Pre-Event Report Generation (Auction Tracker)

Auction-Tracker contains over 350 reports that cover every aspect of the auction event, from preparation to post event analysis. Which reports are important to the organization's gala event depends on the size and type of gala auction being held. There are however, a series of reports that our event staff recommends as a minimum. To generate reports follow these steps:

  1. From the Application Toolbar, click the icon Reporting to open Application Reports.
  2. Next, follow the various paths to the locations of the various recommended reports:

    Auctioneer's Report Names / Guest/Bidders / Guest Listing By Bid Number

    Reserved & Open Seating Names / Guest/Bidders / Banquet Seating/Reserved & Open Seating
    Banquet Seating By Guest Name Names / Guest/Bidders / Banquet Seating / By Guest Name
    RSVP Accounts Receivable Names / Guest/Bidders / RSVP Accounts Receivable
    Guest Check-In Worksheet Names / Guest/Bidders / Guest Check-In Worksheet (4 Options)
    Guest Check-In Verification Sheet Names / Guest/Bidders / Guest Check-In Worksheet
