Changing the name of your organization in Auction Tracker

Note that using another nonprofit's Federal Tax ID is illegal and can result in loss of your 501(c)3 status. The following instructions are intended for situations in which your organization has legally changed its name, or its DBA.

Open Auction Tracker

Go to Utilities>Configure Application>Register Auction Tracker

Enter all 4 of the following fields of information, which you received at the time of your original purchase of Auction Tracker:

Organization Name: 

Serial Number: 

Federal Tax ID: 

Activation Key: 

SelectContinue

If you have lost your original license information and are therefore missing the Activation Key please call 855-245-7500 or email support@maxgiving.com and provide your Auction Tracker Serial Number and Federal Tax ID number.
