Entering Pre-Event Donations w/Payments (Auction Tracker)
You can enter in Auction Tracker donations pre-event by name without bid number. ** If the guest is new simply add them into Auction Tracker as a new Constituent but do not add a bid number or ticket type.
To do this:
1. Down Arrow for Banking,
2. Fund-a-need Entry
3. Unclick the Bid Number Entry Box (re-click when done)
4. Choose the level of donation from the list to the left.
5. Click the 3 dots in the Name Text box, and choose the guest from the popup list by double-clicking on their name or clicking their name and clicking the select button. Then click your enter key on your keyboard to sell this fund-a-need to the guest.
6. If you would like to add a payment for this donation to the guest, click on the Statement Button at the bottom of this popup.
7. In the Constituent Statement Generation and Payments popup, once again click on the 3 little dots in the name text box and choose your guest from the list.
8. Then click on the Payment Button
- In the payment pop up put in the amount of the payment and click Continue. Also, click yes in the following confirmation popup
10. You will then see the Payment Method pop up. Choose the type of payment front he list and fill in any identifying info you would like. Once complete click Continue.
- You will then be returned to the Constituent Statement Generation and Payments pop up. You will now see the payment in the Payment History section. From here you can print or review the statement if you would like. When ready to go to the next one click on the Close Button
